Poetry Recitation Competition Held at Great Mission Public School, Ramnagar
Ramnagar / uttrakhand (Rizwan ahsan ),,,,A poetry recitation competition was organized at Great Mission Public School, Himmatpur Block, Ramnagar under the aegis of Devbhoomi Sahodaya School Complex. A total of 12 schools from Ramnagar and Haldwani participated in the event. Students impressed everyone with their recitation style, expression of emotions and confidence.To ensure a fair competition, Dr. Girish Chandra Pant, Shri Om Sharan Arya ‘Chanchal’, Shri Gaurav Tripathi and Dr. S. P. Mishra served as judges. The participants were evaluated on the basis of poetry recitation, pronunciation, expression, presentation and confidence.The competition was held in junior and senior categories. In the junior category, Lavanya Negi of Green Field Academy, Ramnagar secured the first position, Nitika Pandey of Hira Kunwar Senior Secondary School, Haldwani stood second and Pravrit Kaur of Shining Star School, Ramnagar stood third.In the senior category, Samriddhi Bhatt of Great Mission Public School, Himmatpur Block, Ramnagar won the first prize, Devesh Papnai of Universal Convent School, Haldwani secured the second position and Rudransh Joshi of Gurukul International School, Haldwani stood third.The school management congratulated all the winners and participating schools. The objective of the event was to promote literary interest, creativity, expression skills and stage confidence among students.The school management and organizing committee expressed gratitude to all participating schools, judges and teachers and resolved to continue promoting such educational and literary activities in future.
