On May 1st, the Banglaeer Patshala School of Leadership organized an International Labor Summit, which was attended by leaders from more than 24 countries. Golam Rabbani Nayan, the founder and chairman, presided over the global summit.
Ambassador Dan Mozena stated that the School of Leadership (SOLE) is making significant strides in leadership development and various aspects of Bangladesh. He provided data and insights, including how he handled the Rana Plaza incident. Mozena emphasized the importance of real empowerment in education and labor, advocating for respectful treatment for everyone.
Program Chair Golam Rabbani Nayan mentioned that he united leaders from different countries to convey a positive message about Bangladesh. He expressed the desire to promote Bangladeshi people as a source of quality labor. By assuring global leaders of the excellence of our workforce, we can secure more garment orders and increase manpower exports to the world.
